We contracted with GSM in 2017 after being left in 90+ degree temps for 9 days by another local company before they told us they forgot to order the needed part. We contacted GSM because of reputation for great service. We are extremely happy with the service we have received from GSM from day one. We have their yearly maintenance plan and Mandy provides the maintenance needs for our heat pump twice a year. She is great! It is always a pleasure to see her. After she came the first time for our maintenance check up, we request her for all of other maintenance or repair needs. Thanks Mandy!

My GSM technician, Adam, was the best!! He quickly diagnosed the issue using vendor tech support input and quickly got my non functioning PTAC unit back in operation. He was professional, thorough, and technically proficient. He listened well and explained what he was seeing. His diagnosis and guidance resulted in my getting my older unit back in service at a very reasonable cost. Great employee you guys have.....

We hired GSM to do a full new install and let me tell you these guys that showed up were SO PROFESSIONAL, punctual and true professionals! They took the time to explain everything and the install is done right and looks absolutely PERFECT!!! The new system has been running like a champ keeping our house very cool and doing it whisper quiet….. we used GSM for a couple other projects as well and lemme tell you EVERYTHING done was done correct and clean. I for sure will only be using this company for what we can and so should you! I promise you won’t regret it and I only give great reviews for businesses who earn it! THANK YOU GSM I consider y'all family here, a job so WELL DONE!!

We recently had GSM install a "humidity control" service, which I was under the impression was a sealed liner with dehumidifier; eliminating my concern for moisture in the crawlspace. They simply replaced my existing vapor barrier and added a dehumidifier. They've conveniently installed the appropriate liner for encapsulation (20 mil liner instead of a more common 10 mil liner) and are now requesting thousands more to complete what I understood to be the original scope of work.The work performed was ok (minor shortcuts but overall good), the workers performing the job were friendly/knowledgeable but the sales tactics and subsequent request for additional funds to complete the work, I thought I was paying for, has me concerned that this was a deliberate effort to extort their customers.I'd strongly suggest that other customers understand EXACTLY what is to be installed and have it in writing on the agreement (and keep the agreement until the work is complete!) to avoid costly follow up charges.

From start to finish, this company was professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Our whole home generator was installed in just a few hours. They took care of our landscaping as if it were their own, even going so far to relocate one of our azaleas to ensure the exhaust wouldn't dry out the bush.
